What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, handle
• Coin photos and questionnaire answers for DTF scans
• Listing and order data for marketplace transactions
• Support messages and basic device / session cookies
• Payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

How we use it

To provide scans, listings, checkout, fraud prevention, support, and product improvement. Vision models (when enabled) process images to produce grade ranges and risk flags.

Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the service (e.g. Stripe, email, object storage, auth). Public profile handles, listings, and shareable DTF reports you choose to publish are visible to others.

Retention

Scan reports and marketplace records are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to transaction record-keeping requirements.
